Our Services

At Sunflower Care Victoria, most of the services we provide can be funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

If you have an approved NDIS plan, we are ready to work with you 1:1 to tailor your plan to get the best outcome in achieving your goals.

Get in touch with us to discuss your needs. Our support coordinators can communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese or Hakka should our clients require this.
